Return Policy - Return Terms 

1. The date that you have  received your order and the date that you have submit the application for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
2. The packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original condition. 

Return procedure 

·         Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment and ship it to the following adress:

Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.

·       According to article 5 par. 10 of law 2251/1994, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal , all products must be returned in the condition received without any damage, without being used, without removing labels or markings bearing on them, complete and inside their packaging accompanied by the this  RETURN FORM and the RECEIPT.

Please Note : 

•  Returns that will not be accompanied by the RETURN FORM signed will not be accepted.
• The refund value is for the cost of the products only , not for shipping cost of duty fees.
• Your money will be refunded to your Credit Card.
